Do you know about how Hussan sagar Buddha statue was installed there?

The Hussain sagar Buddha statue is the world’s tallest (18 meters) monolithic( made from single stone) stone statue of Gautama Buddha located in Hyderabad of Telangana, India. This statue is located at Lumbini Park in the Hussain Sagar Island and can be reached by boat.
The idea of installing the statue was given by late Chief Minister of Combined Andhra Pradesh N.T Rama Rao. Who was inspired from statue of liberty.
Right from the start the statue was determined to be made out of stone and After a long search the work began after the discovery of a solid white granite rocknear Nalgonda on a mountainside 40 miles outside Hyderabad.
790 tons weighing statue was sculptured by Ganapathi Sthapathi along with 100 members. It was transported by using a trailer vehicle ( huge truck) to the shore of Hussan sagar lake. It was to be transported to island a rock like structure that present in middle of the lake.
The project of installing the 790 tons statue was given to a ABC company, they used a barge (a long flat shaped boat used to carry goods) to transport it to island.
Barge similar to the above image.
The Company failed to install the statue as the barge tilted due to overload which killed 10 employees.
The statue drowned into the lake after travelling 91 meters on water and it remained under the lake for 2 years as they didn't get any idea of lifting such a huge statue and CM's tenure was completed.
Here Comes the Marvel of Engineering, let me tell how they managed to lift it up.
Pneumatics (air) is one of the powerful energiesEngineers got an idea, they placed heavy emptied air bags which was attached securely to the statue (by welding of steel) and they pumped the air into the air bags using air compressors then the statue started rising gradually along with air bags. Then they used heavy cranes to lift the floating statue and installed it on the Island.
And, we finally got this beautiful structure.
